Fits my schedule, trainers give you just the right amount of extra push & encouragement. Nothing relieves stress like this workout. It’s like working out at Cheers, everybody knows your name and you always feel welcome!
Great gym. Quick and efficient workout. No prior experience is needed! Trainers are amazing, and the facility is extremely clean, constantly being sanitized throughout your workout. I can't think of a better gym to call home. I love it!
This is not your typical gym. You are welcomed from the moment you arrive! Members and trainers are friendly and encouraging. Christy and her team create challenging workouts while making it fun and never boring. Can you say I love burpees? Then you have found your people! Go give them a try. First workout is always free.
I can’t say enough good things about this gym. Christy and all of the trainers have created a workout environment that is supportive, fun, and challenging in all of the best ways! Intensity of the workouts can always be modified to lessen or increase difficulty making it comfortable for gym goers of any level. I would highly recommend 9Round Hooksett to anyone looking to find a gym routine that they can be excited about and stick with!
If you are looking for a fun, welcoming, encouraging group of people to help you on your fitness journey, this is the place for you!!! The staff will push you to realize your potential. I jever realized that I was capable of being strong and fit. We have a blast and work up a sweat!
