9 round is the best!! I can go before work, after work even during lunch some days and get my workout in. No excuses. Trainers are absolutely great and the owner is always around and involved. It has such a great family feeling. I am proud to be part of the 9 round family.
love starting my day here! for most who likely has busy days like me, i love how it only takes 30 minutes to get a killer workout– no class schedules. just come when convenient! all the trainers are energetic and motivates you to go even 1% better than yesterday. i also appreciate that they modify the workout to consider my bad wrists for some more intense moves.
I love working out at 9Round! The owner and trainers are amazing—always encouraging you to give your best. I highly recommend it, 100%!
