The new owner is extremely accommodating and responsive!
Trial class was great. Coach Andrew was very cool and explained well each exercise. He also gave me instructions to make some exercises harder when that was too easy for me. Very good gym to get in shape in 30min per session !
I really enjoy training here and I like all of the instructors. HOWEVER, the past few times I've tried to go after work, the gym has been closed with no explanation. I have called and left messages, reached out on Instagram, and emailed, but have not received any response. If I don't hear from them soon, I'll have to cancel, which would be very disappointing.
On March 12, I arrived at the club, but it was closed — door locked, lights off. Later, I saw an email about an ‘emergency closing’ that I missed. Today, March 26, at 4:29 PM, I visited again, but it was still closed, with no notification or emails. I wouldn’t be writing here, but it’s the only way to reach out. I tried contacting them via Instagram and calling, but all I got were automated responses. It’s disappointing to see such poor management
