I love 9Round! I have never had a workout experience I enjoyed so much AND was excited for the next workout too. It is perfect for those who have trouble with motivation because the trainer is right there keeping you pumped. They jump in to show you ways to modify (more intense or less intense if needed) and they let you know if you aren't giving it your best by encouraging you to do more.
