The trainer's there are knowledgeable on the technique of boxing and kickboxing. They are also very helpful and take their time teaching you correctly so that you don't get hurt. They also make it fun to be there, sweat and work your butt off. Best class I've been to in a long time. I highly recommend this gym!🥊

This place is so AWESOME! I was nervous to try it since I had never tried any boxing before and was out of shape and not in a fitness routine at all. I am SO glad I gave it a try! The trainers are so great and the workouts are really for all experience levels. I love the flexibility and convenience of no class times. Try it and you won’t be disappointed!
