Travis is amazing at motivating a person who detests workouts. Being able to go on my schedule and getting a full body and cardio workout in 30 minutes allows it to fit into anyone’s lifestyle…all with fast and consistent results
Horrible experience to say the least. Very rude trainer and b!tched out a 15 year old for mixing up the gyms on accident. Was disrespectful from the jump and doesn’t know what he’s doing. He’s not in shape at all and if it were me i wouldn’t want a fat trainer training me because clearly he doesn’t know what he’s doing. I would recommend a different kickboxing gym or a different 9 rounds.
The absolute best gym I’ve been too. I’ve been having a blast coming here and the trainers are amazing and extremely motivating!!
A full body workout in 30 mins!! This place is truly a gem. The trainers are so helpful, positive and motivating. I had never done any kind of boxing before joining 9rounds and it has been very enjoyable to learn new skills while getting an incredible workout.
I really enjoy the trainers Allen / Travis/ Secret They encourage, implement great instructions on every round. They have help me see the truth about continuously improving my health & mental. I'm seeing improvement in my body & I'm excited to see further results. Thanks
