The manager of this studio Davion Is continuing to charge me for a membership that I cancelled. I canceled after 3 days because the mats were always dirty. I brought own mat if I needed to get on the floor. I’ve come in to workout and Davion was using the studio to watch his show and continued to play it over the speakers during my workout. When they do play music, it’s very vulgar and doesn’t put you in the mindset to workout, it’s very uncomfortable. Zero professionalism. I’ve been to other 9Round studios and loved it! The manager of this studio Davion, is the owner’s nephew and he acts like it. Meaning he doesn’t care about the place. The mats are always dirty.
