Everyone at 9Round has been so nice and supportive. I unmeaningly got emotional and they assured me it was fine and not only are they there for their clients as trainers, they are there to support anyway they can. I have only been 3 times but I love the work outs. You get a lot in 30 minutes and I am excited to see what I will learn here.

9Round is the best place for beginners and experts to not only box, but get the fitness aspect of a HIIT class as well. The trainers are so positive and motivating. The workout leaves you laying on the floor, but you will see the strength evolve in your body. If you’re on the fence…do it! It’s worth the investment
9Round Boxing is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a friendly, supportive, and motivating team that truly makes you feel like family. The workouts are high-energy, challenging, and incredibly fun—no two sessions are ever the same. I love how efficient the 30-minute format is while still giving you a full-body workout that leaves you feeling strong and accomplished. If you’re looking for a gym that’s encouraging, exciting, and results-driven, 9Round Boxing is the place to be!
