I have been training at this boxing gym for a little over 5 months now and have seen tremendous improvement in my fitness, skills and mindset. My personal trainer (Bryant aka Boss) keeps me accountable, teaches proper form, and constantly helps me push past my limits. As a father of two in my mid-30s, finding time to work out is tough. This place is a lifesaver! I can get a high-intensity workout done in just 30 minutes, burning an average of 500 calories. The trainers are fantastic, always there to help with mitt and footwork. Plus, the extended hours mean I can even sneak in a solo workout after the kids are in bed, guided by the videos on the wall. For any busy dad, this is the gym you've been looking for!
The trainers are very nice and motivate you when you feel like you can’t finish that round. They also guide you on every little bit of the way.
This is a great places to work out and their really Kind. Their also really helpful when you don't know things.
