Weird experience, probably owing to poor automation. I made a same day appointment online for a 3:30pm workout. When I arrived the place was closed with a note that said open at 4pm. Still no one there at 4:20. I only made the appointment a few hours prior and it may not have been seen by any human, still... a weird disconnect. Will modify this review if I am able to get inside.

Im not gonna lie…. I was pretty out of shape when I first started here and I def had no idea what I was doing. It’s been a few months and not only have a lost quite a bit of weight, but I’ve gained so much muscle! The staff are all really fun and helpful people… I cannot say enough about this place. If you’re on the fence about trying it out, don’t be! I wish I would have signed up sooner 😊

If this post was written before August 2023, I would give it 5 stars. There has been a change in ownership since and unfortunately has left me to give a negative review of this studio. I would give 0 stars if I could. TLDR: I would NOT recommend this studio with the current ownership that does not respect its customers. Don't waste your money here. I was a member here from September 2022 to August 2023. For most of my time, the trainers were fabulous and (previous) ownership was engaged/communicative. I would have continued ... read more
