9 Rounds is a great workout! I love that there are no set class times, I can go in at anytime and start a workout. They are full body workouts with variety and a trainer to help you through it. At a normal gym I would do cardio for 30 min to an hour, but a treadmill or elliptical gets very monotonous. At 9 Rounds I am excited to go and the change of workouts keeps it interesting! They motivate you to push yourself harder! And I get cardio plus toning at the same time!
Incredible workout in only 30 minutes. The owner is an absolute sweetheart, and will modify the movements to every fitness level. The energy is so upbeat and fun. The establishment is very clean and sanitary. I highly recommend this location for someone who is looking for a Workout that is quick and effective! I will definitely be back soon!!
I love 9Round! It's quick, convenient, and as challenging as you want to make it. I have had 7 knee surgeries and never thought I could be active again. I have lost 80lbs and am more active than ever. There is a real family atmosphere there. Come join me for a workout!!!!
