I was in an exercise slump and needed to get back into the gym. I am not a fan of the workout class environment, but I also like working out with a coach to push me. My son is just starting out and has been training with Coach Karim. After only four sessions, he has already made significant progress and reached a higher level. Coach Karim has taught him essential skills such as footwork, sliding, punching, jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts, and more. I'm really glad I chose 9Round instead of traditional gyms, where many coaches seem more focused on YouTube than on actual coaching, especially when it comes to kids. 9Round has provided both me and my son with a fantastic boxing experience.
I don’t work here anymore and I was pretty sad to leave, so I feel like I’m in a place now where I can give an unbiased review. The energy of this studio is top tier! I learned and progressed so much during my time there. It’s kinda like I did a 180 regarding my health, martial arts skill set and my mindset!
