I loved when I first went and the trainers then were great. As time went on I got a trainer who seemed to be 17. He would blare uncomfortable rap music and he was not helpful. The owner would never answer the phone or respond to texts so I could voice my concern. I shouldn't be stuck in a contract when the level of professionalism in the trainers change and I am no longer comfortable.
FANTASTIC workout. This gym is great for all shapes and sizes. Workouts can be modified for any fitness level. Give it a try. the first workout is free!
Been coming here for almost 2 years. Love the energy and the staff, best place to go if you´re looking for a fun way to get back in shape. Highly recommend. Don't listen to the muppets who leave 1-star reviews.
This place is a scam. they shorten their hours so you can’t make it. they notify no one. And they say they can delay payments and your account and then continue to charge you. If you try to call they don’t answer so you have to spend your valuable time driving there to have a simple discussion that they don’t follow through on. Horrible. highly disappointed.
