I have tried for two years to get back into shape and become active again...one visit with Neil at 9Round and I found the motivation & support I was looking for. The gym is spotless. Every member that walked by was super friendly and welcoming. The one on one time Neil spent with me explaining how the circuit works and ways to adjust the program as I am just learning, gave me the confidence I needed to sign up. Thank you!
9Round changed my fitness game. 24/7 access = no excuses. Trainers are awesome and included in the membership - they push you (if you want to be pushed)! 30-minute killer workouts, all equipment provided, all stations are set up with videos monitors so you know what to do and exercises are rotated daily. My friend introduced me to 9Round and I’m extremely grateful she did! Since day 1, I’ve felt welcomed by the trainers, the other members, and the owner - Neil. Walking into an environment where you have no idea what you’re doing can be super intimidating but there is support all around at 9Round! And a great full body workout every time!
So glad I joined 9Round Plymouth! The flexibility being open 24 hours and a new round starting every 3 minutes means I have no excuses to get there for a workout. It has become a great routine!
