Best workout in Alameda :D Never bored bc of the new circuits everyday, and I love being able to drop in whenever without signing up for a time slot or class. Trainers are friendly and helpful, and they keep you accountable for reaching your workout goals.
A workout unlike any other! 9Round is the only gym/workout program that I have been able to consistently maintain -- and it leaves me wanting to come back for more each time. In 30 minutes, I get a heart-pumping, sweat-inducing, high intensity workout in a clean, comfortable environment. The trainers and members work together to create a safe, friendly space regardless of fitness level. Let's get it!
