I used to like 9 rounds until they started copping attitudes and blamed me when there staff members are the one at fault. Dont get me wrong cam and brandon and the owners son were always cool and down to earth. I figured since the knee injury 9 rounds was not for me due to not being able to do it like i did prior to injury. I was told i would not be billed for the 79 and she ended up billing me anyways. They make is so hard to buy a simple membership package and figure out how much it will cost. Had to go back and fourth over email and still don’t know a price! Why not list prices on your website or allow the trainer working at the front desk to give you prices. Too annoying for me, signed up somewhere else.
I had to cancel because of some medical reasons which also made it hard for me to come in to cancel my membership. I called in once and they wrote down my name and said they would call me back. I was never called back. After calling at least 10 times (different days) with no answer I came in. I was told by a trainer they couldn’t cancel my membership it had to be the owner. I came in a different day she was there and told her I had been calling. She said that there was no record of me calling. She canceled it but don’t worry... read more
I enjoyed working out at 9Round so much that I decided to get certified as a trainer. The workout is quick, effective, and fun!
Very good workout. Trainers are right there if you don't understand something or need a bit of motivation to keep going! Just joined for 6 months. :)
