9Round Newmarket is amazing. From the moment you walk in you feel so welcomed by Chris and his team of trainers. There is so much positive energy! The workouts are awesome and change daily, so you are constantly being challenged. If you're thinking about signing up, just do it! You won't regret it!
9Round Newmarket is more than just a gym, it’s a community. Chris, Helen and their whole team maintain the most supportive environment regardless of your fitness level. The workouts change daily, and you have a trainer there to guide you (and push you) every step of the way. No class times mean you can literally jump in for a workout when it suits your schedule. On days when i might feel a bit off, the gym crew can turn it around. Thanks for creating a “happy place” for so many of us!
