My daughter and I have been coming here for about 3 weeks now and love it. It’s a full body work out and each day is a little different to engage the mind as well. Around 30 min of pushing yourself and if you want the staff to really push you just ask them to! They have been great and know their stuff.
This has to be the best place you could ever choose to do a workout. Not only are the workouts super fun and ever-changing, the trainers are always ready to lift you up and motivate you. If you’re having a bad day, these trainers always help turn it around. I have so much fun every time I work out. I love my 9Round family so much. After almost two years, I can confidently say 9Round has impacted my life for the better thanks to Kelly, Brittany, Joey, Cortney, and Mike (the trainers). 9 Rounds Give the best 30 minutes I've ever experienced. The trainer there are excellent. They really knows what they are doing. And the care about each member.
