I cancelled my membership in March and they still charged me for this month. You can't get anyone on the phone and there's no email address listed. I also looked back and I was charged twice for the first month. The actual training is solid, but the hours aren't accessible to anyone working 12 hour shifts. For the amount of money you pay every month, the value just isn't there.
