Super misleading. No instructors, just walking around teaching yourself how to kick box watching a tv instructor. Would not recommend to beginners. This is for experienced clients who want a empty room to themselves
Beyond disappointed with this location. the staff seem to be slacking off or doing anything but their jobs. I have come on two separate occasions within operating hours hoping to get in a good workout just to find out that the entire studio is seemingly open with music playing, fans working, and tvs on but no staff around and the door locked. Signed up for a class a week in advance thru ClassPass. Showed up early and the gym was locked and no one was there. Tried calling the number many times and DMd on instagram with no response to anything. Thankfully ClassPass refunded my credits. But very bummed because I was looking forward to this.
Been off 9round for a few years since my local location closed during COVID. Felt the need to get back into shape and after trying a couple other options for gyms in town, I realized I missed the setup of 9round went to check out my next closest one, this location in Glenview. Have to say very happy this locations shares the same sort of vibe I was hoping to get back. Workouts very approachable even though I've fallen out of shape.
