Signed up for a class a week in advance thru ClassPass. Showed up early and the gym was locked and no one was there. Tried calling the number many times and DMd on instagram with no response to anything. Thankfully ClassPass refunded my credits. But very bummed because I was looking forward to this.
Been off 9round for a few years since my local location closed during COVID. Felt the need to get back into shape and after trying a couple other options for gyms in town, I realized I missed the setup of 9round went to check out my next closest one, this location in Glenview. What a great workout! I love how fast you can get in a high intensity workout. My kids were able to participate as well and I bet they'll sleep well this evening. Facility was very clean and organized. Loved the energy of the trainers. I look forward to working out again.
The instructors were great, but ownership wants to leech your money even when you try to quit. I submitted a written letter to the Glenview location, as instructed to notify I was canceling my membership on September 8th. Yet I’m being charged for October membership and now trying to hit me w late fees. Resolve or I will take you to small claims court.
