Signed up for first time. I waited 30 minutes no one showed up to open the door! You call no answer.
HORRIBLE owner, frail older lady. Horrible service. She showed up 5 mins late to open and made feel stupid for wondering when “classes” started. Again, horrible and rude “instructor.” Honestly shocked at how insincere this “owner” was. Worst first experience in my entire life. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
Great coaching and outcome
I would highly recommend 9round Weymouth! The workouts are different each time, the music is great! The coaches are knowledgeable and pay close attention to ensure proper form, pushing you throughout, (no slacking allowed!), and the challenges make you push yourself as well. I was initially concerned that a session wouldn’t be long enough to get a good workout in, but those last 30 seconds feel much longer, when the bell finally goes off, I am 100% done!
