The lash technician here did a wonderful job for my mom who loves her lashes
I used to go to this salon and I started to feel like there is a problem with me or my nails. Before I get to two weeks, there was a peeling or breaking happening. The salon manager or the other associates could not give me a satisfactory service and they kept telling me that I was not capable of keeping my nails clean. Many times there was deformity of the gel or they couldn’t shape my nail well and when I was complaining they were labeling me of being picky! You can see all of that in the pictures. I came into the salon with a broken nail on my big toe, and the lovely ladies were able to repair it perfectly. I’m so grateful they were able to fix my toenail! The service was reasonably priced, and the staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and gentle. Highly recommend 9 Am beauty salon, a huge shout out to the wonderful staff that work here!💕
I saw Vivian for a nail fill and loved the work she did, she did an amazing job and very fair pricing. Will be back soon
The elder esthetician working there did the most heinous shortening of length on me. I told her i was an esthetician myself and she proceeded to overrule the things i asked her (short squares) and told me she knew better than i did. If you know more than me why were my nails crooked and none of them the exact same shape when they were perfectly symmetrical before you touched them? It looked like helen keller did my nails and her customer service skill level matches a 15 year old with their first job. Never going back
