I had gone to Lena for years. I stopped because prices are ridiculous. Started going to another shop whose fees are a lot cheaper and their work is good.
My service experience was amazing. I would recommend 10 out of 10 in and out service very nice very pleasant and most importantly very very clean. Well kept Salon
i had a very uncomfortable experience at this nail shop . there were two different people working on my nails at the same time after having to already with others hovering around in the beginning of the service , which made me feel uneasy . i’m not sure if i was stuck with the new hire but my nails ended up all different shapes , the stiletto shape i asked for is extremely uneven and inconsistent . throughout the appointment , the worker kept making huffing and sighing noises as if he was annoyed or tired of doing my nails ,... read more
In what world is this French tip?!! 🤬 poor service, I told her I didn’t like it and she said $10 to take it off. This is so hideous! She got mad I recorded the phone call, where I asked how much for French tip and she told me $45 but when I got there in person, she tried to change the price to $50 and I think she did a ugly job on purpose!!! No shade.. this nail salon is for more of an older crowd
