I was only there once but I did appreciate the local Seattle pictures that were up on the walls. Being that I am a Seattle. You don't see that much anymore these days.
I couldn’t be in-state, and I was having major difficulties with other apartment buildings; but Christian is hands down the best property manager I have ever interacted with. He was extremely responsive and kind throughout the entire process. I got my application approved the following afternoon with zero hassle and stress. He was receptive to my specific concerns, and helped find solutions for me. The space is beautiful as well. I am incredibly thankful for having him as my property manager during this time.
Christian made my leasing experience smooth and stress-free. He was very friendly, responsive and clearly explained each step of the process. I’d highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for a helpful and professional property manager :)

Without exaggeration, Christian has been the best apartment manager I’ve ever rented from. I’ve lived in apartments for over 20 years in multiple states, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about him. He has always been kind, responsive, professional, fair, and genuinely caring in a way that is incredibly rare these days. It’s made a huge difference living here, and he is a big part of why this place has felt like home.
