Without exaggeration, Christian has been the best apartment manager I’ve ever rented from. I’ve lived in apartments for over 20 years in multiple states, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about him. He has always been kind, responsive, professional, fair, and genuinely caring in a way that is incredibly rare these days. It’s made a huge difference living here, and he is a big part of why this place has felt like home.
Peter was quick to respond to maintenance requests and did a good job.
Great place to live just outside Downtown Seattle and especially for sporting events and concerts. The property manager (Christian) is awesome and great to work with. Would recommend this apartment if your looking for a good affordable place with relatively basic amenities if you need to live close to the city!
