The staff at The Sawyer ( Angelica/ Rebekah) have been wonderful! They have been welcoming, professional, and quick to answer our questions, making our move into our new apartment a smooth and positive experience. We truly appreciate their kindness and excellent customer service.
I am new to Louisville Kentucky due to a new employment opportunity in town. The move was a rushed one due to unexpected employment delays. The office staff (which includes Karlee & Angelica) as well as Aaron have been awesome. There were a few hiccups along the way (more on my end) but the staff has aided me along the way. I truly appreciate their efforts in assisting me along the way. I'd suggest the complex to anyone interested in this part of the city. Thanks, Wayne
10000 Honey Locust Ln Unit 108. Are you the next lucky renter? Where do I start? This place is just a business, and they'll let you know it. They don't care about you or your lifestyle. Every 6 months prior to your lease ending, they will show up and do an "inspection" lmao. The "inspection" is them following you around, practicing their speech on how to up-sell to you while pretending they are actually inspecting the place. Your rent will go up $200–$300 at a time. They fired the best employee that they had. The only one that would help everyone and would treat everyone with respect. Karlee is an example of a how a good customer service should be. She is attentive, kind and efficient. The place is good, but the only reason why we came back to live here was Karlee. And I guarantee she’s the reason why a lot of people signed the contract. That’s a big and unfair mistake!
The apartments and property are pretty nice. However, we've had some maintenance issues including water flooding our garage due to a neighboring unit's faulty washer installation, and poorly installed light fixtures randomly falling from the ceiling. Our biggest complaint would be an easy fix. Staff are pleasant, but communication from the staff is not good. Unless you are a brand new resident (in your money-back guarantee period), or in your lease renewal period, getting responses from the office staff is like pulling teeth... read more
