Aaron was exceptional to work with regarding concerns I’ve been having with my unit. He changed the air filter; checked for the vibration noise that had been happening in the bathroom once the thermostat was set on 70; and then checked the antifreeze level. The antifreeze level was low so he added some to my unit. He also noticed the close caps (think that’s what they’re called) were worn. So he replaced those on the antifreeze unit. Aaron in Maintenance is awesome. Not only does do outstanding work; he is extremely honest, dependable and very professional. I fully trust him with any issues that may arise with our unit. Karlee & Angelica have been very helpful with my move in process. I was in a bind for an apartment and came right at closing and found an apartment that I loved with a space for dog and signed right away. Since then they’ve been super supportive and helpful with any questions I’ve had and urgently take care of things.
Angelica is so helpful. When I came she gave me a tour and went above and beyond. I felt at home as soon as I stepped foot on the property. So clean and well kept. Great job Sawyer!!
