We recently visited 990 Broad with family for their first experience there and left very disappointed. Before ordering, we specifically asked our server, Lindsey B., if we could order from the happy hour menu that was sitting on our table and were told yes. Based on that information, we ordered several happy hour items. When the bill arrived, none of the happy hour pricing was applied. First visit here. Food was delicious and service was exceptional. Tuna crispy rice was very good.
Overall, I had a really good experience at 990 Broad. The atmosphere was definitely one of my favorite parts of the restaurant, and both the hostess and our waiter were very nice and welcoming. I tried sushi for the first time and learned that I’m probably just not the biggest sushi fan, but I’m glad I gave it a try! I also tried crab rangoon for the first time and absolutely loved it.
