this is not a bad company to rent from however who ever they are using to run credit reports is not doing it accurately i paid $55 and they received inaccurate info which caused them to deny me now i feel like i got scammed for $55 i monitor my credit myself and was not notified that my credit was ran just an FYI
Been in one of there studios for over a year and especially when it comes to any type of maintenance they where always above my expectations usually respond the same day to schedule a appointment
I called the office because I had a few questions. After the lady at the desk put me on hold three times and forgot the information that I had given her. I waited patiently and told her that l I understood. I proceeded to ask my questions then she began to get agitated with me and at the end of the call before I could even say have a nice day, she hung up in my face. Very unprofessional.
