The leasing agent wasnt most polite. Their ACTUAL web site on 99 Jasper ADVERTISES being pet friendly. This is not accurate. I was informed that i would need to apply to the "other side of the building "Mcdonalds estates" ( not 99 Jasper) where the units look like subsidized housing.Â
Very efficient maintenance and support within the building! Online maintenance request + move in systems made moving in and getting support quick and easy. Thank you!Â
I've been living here for 2 months so far and love it. Moved from Ontario to Edmonton and Shawna was so helpful when moving. She was really nice and made the move less stressful. The apartment is lovely, amazing location, near a library, city centre mall, downtown bus station and soon to be tram system. Also can't here neighbour's at all really, maybe the occasional sound of them dropping something but otherwise no noise besides road noise and that's to be expected.Â
