I had a contract on a house in the new Cinnamon Hill development in Mexico Beach. Asking price was $399K. The agent, Carter Dorsch, was very adamant that the builder would not come off of the price. So in return, I asked for builder credits, which I got however it was very minimal. We were scheduled to close November 7. Haven't sold yet but so far Miranda Rollins is one of the best of 9 real estate brokers that I've had with 9different homes. She's on the ball she's alert she's educated she's experienced she tells it like it is and she's helped me a great deal get my place organized and finished reasonably politely and encouragingly so far she's the best and I would highly recommend her!!!!
We had such a wonderful experience working with Homes by Hof. Sarah and Scott were so helpful every step of the way. Buying a home while living in a different state might have been difficult but they helped us through every step and we are so thrilled with our new home. I highly recommend them !
