I did a LOT of research and visited EVERY apartment before choosing to sign a lease here. Here's what I love:
- it's not a huge complicated maze!
- it has great, but simple amenities which now includes a pool!
- the staff is awesome! Responsive, helpful, and friendly!
- the units have WALK-IN showers!
- the appliances are nice quality and not just the basics! Ice & water in door on fridge as example.
- washer & dryer included!!!
- 2 elevators!
- ceiling fans in the apartments!
- units have ample storage space, but additional storage is available on property!
- pet friendly!!!
- best and most convenient location with quick access to Main St., Swamp Rabbit, public transit, grocery, urgent care, and dining options! I could go on but if your looking I suggest you check here first!

My husband and I love living here. We are in the heart of downtown-you can't find a better location-and the apartments are elegant. Walk to restaurants, bars, entertainment, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Secure and upscale environment.
