The doctors here are great and knowledgeable. However, the receptionists are just plain rude. Supposed to have a tele appointment today however, did not receive the phone call at all which is an hour overdue. So made a call into the clinic to check if the booking is going ahead. The receptionist said, in an inpatient and arrogant tone, they are having internet issues and told us to wait. Few more hours passed, still no phone calls so we called to check again. Nothing against the individual doctor, but every time I have to wait for more than 30 minutes no matter I arrive before schedule, on time or behind. It seems like they think patients' time is less important than theirs.
