Alex is the very best. He is so incredibly helpful and efficient. Every time he’s come to fix something in our apartment he’s gone above and beyond by fixing additional issues he notices without being asked. Very grateful to have such a kind individual as our maintenance man.
Alex on the maintenance team is fantastic. He’s prompt with maintenance requests and friendly & professional while working. I’ve also had a great experience with the leasing office staff. Great location & wonderful neighbors.

I really don’t like to leave negative reviews, but at this point I feel obligated to warn other people about RedPeak. We moved in at the beginning of July and immediately noticed and reported a foul smell coming from underneath and in our sink. About a week in there was then an incident where greywater from the whole building began to fill our sink and flood below the sink.
