I needed to come on here to give an actual rating of this place since it appears that they have nicked all the previous bad ones. This place is charming, cute, and honestly one of my favorite spots I’ve lived in. Now for the reasons behind my reviews. This place and RedPeak management are absolute frauds. As I agree to another long-term lease, I have to give a big shout out to Chelsea and the whole team at 1000 Grant, who have all been a big reason why I am happy to keep calling my apartment home. Especially as I was getting ready to reach a new agreement, the team was helpful and ready to answer my questions as needed!
