This place is terrible. Every time you call you get an answering service which askes the same 20 questions then they make an appointment 3 days in advance to get a return call. Very nonpersonal slow service. A simple question takes 3 days. You are better off with an independent agent that is not running their business like a puppy mill.
Once again, Contessa Munoz was well prepared for my visit to discuss the various MA options that were fitting and available for my circumstances. She suggested an MA plan and a couple of indemnities. I decided on all three. She followed-up later with a phone call to get banking info and initiate coverage. Contessa was knowledgeable, personable, pleasant…and patient. Good experience!
