I started coming to The Shop ever since CJ moved over. Once you find that perfect barber, you follow them wherever they go. I live on the South Shore, but I drive up to Somerville just to see CJ! CJ is perceptive to both the client's desires and also what will look good for each person. He clearly communicates what he plans to do, and he will pause to confirm your approval before continuing if it's a new look for you. CJ has been cutting my hair for about a year now and I can confidently say he gives the best cut I've gotten in the Boston area. The level of quality he can produce within a 45 minute window is second to none. Banter is always on point too. Couldn't recommend enough!
