The 9600 Kitchen's "pasture to plate" concept is a back to basics approach using simple preparations and traditional farmhouse cooking to showcase our Partnered farms and ranches.

Great breakfasts, very nice staff, and you can't beat the atmosphere of this restaurant. The Burger was my favorite thing on the dinner menu, so much so that I ordered it twice while in town for a week. Highly recommend eating at 9600 Kitchen!

Horribly overpriced for the quality. I don’t mind paying for an expensive dinner when the food is worth it but our meals (salmon $40, double bone pork chop $48) were not very good at all.
