I received the worst haircut of my life. The sides were uneven and a big chunk of hair was missing. I went in to ask for a refund and the owner refused. I will NEVER go there again which is a shame. I adore Desirae and Kellie is a rockstar! If the owner is this rigid, she will never get another penny from me.
This place is amazing! When you walk in you instantly feel relaxed. There is a nice welcoming vibe. Jordan is an incredible hair colorist. She really listened to me and carefully crafted the color I asked for. I have been looking for a hair salon in Lafayette for awhile! I found it! Jordan is wonderful and I love my hair! Yay!
All the ladies here were great! I was surprised with a day at the spa and and had a massage, mani/ pedi, and a haircut! Everyone from beginning to end were friendly, professional and prompt. Thanks everyone for an amazing birthday experience, I’ll definitely be coming back!! ❤️❤️
