Avoid this apartment at all cost and specifically unit 124. I corresponded with leasing agent Charlie Hahn, who all but took my credit card information and even went so far as to tell me "welcome home!", only to send a non descript email at 2am saying the owners decided to do something else with the apartment. This was so shady especially since we were corresponding with him for a week before we ultimately ended up signing, and not once were we told that there was a chance that the owners would back out last minute.
