Avoid this apartment at all cost and specifically unit 124. I corresponded with leasing agent Charlie Hahn, who all but took my credit card information and even went so far as to tell me "welcome home!", only to send a non descript email at 2am saying the owners decided to do something else with the apartment. This was so shady especially since we were corresponding with him for a week before we ultimately ended up signing, and not once were we told that there was a chance that the owners would back out last minute. We moved to 950 Tennessee two months ago and are so happy we found this place. It's a new building (we're the first residents in our unit) and we love the finishes, rooftop, and the dedicated pet washing station. The location is great being just one block over from the main commercial stretch of Dogpatch and also being close to the freeway. Charlie with the leasing office was super helpful throughout the process and the rest of the building staff are very responsive and friendly.
