Alex was so so helpful with the whole move-in process! Quick responses to any and all questions I had. Overall a great experience!
Alex and Abby were very helpful and addressed all of my questions and concerns from the touring stage to post move-in. There were a few minor things I asked if the maintenance team would address prior to my move-in, and to my pleasant surprise pretty much all of them were. I still think some of the fees are unreasonable, specifically the CAM (Common Area Maintenance) fee, which is basically like an HAO for an apartment complex, but other than that I’m happy with the experience and the apartment.
Alex was a huge help in the move in process, thanks! Will has been on top of it with maintenance requests!
