Purchased some Lug nuts that didn't quite fit my truck. Total purchase price was $107.50. Returned all but one lug nut (that I used), which should have been about $4-5 off. Got a refund of only $83. If you look at their website their refund policy page goes to a blank page (it did during the duration of my purchase and return, anyway), so I did not know they would withhold almost $25 as return fees on what I purchased, otherwise I would not have bought anything from them at all.
