UPDATE — in response to the owner's public reply: Frank's response is contradicted by my own records, which I'm attaching so anyone can judge for themselves. He claims I "had 3 months to pay," received "3 statements," and got "2 text messages stating we would need to cancel the appointment." None of that is true. Treated like trash after working together for a couple years. I was notified FOR THE FIRST TIME on 6/30 about a payment issue related to a prior appointment. I thought I could give my new debit card information on the following appointment on 7/17 just like Dr. Frank has done in the past when I had a new card issued... not at all an option this time. This place is a joke. I went here specifically to see Frank Golden because I was told he’s one of the best. I was told I couldn’t see him because I’m postpartum. No real explanation. Instead, I was pushed to another provider who didn’t follow through on what was discussed when I scheduled and didn’t communicate with my OB at all. Yes, Tanya is nice but being nice is not enough. Things started off okay, but Frank Golden suddenly became extremely rude and talked down to me/yelled at me like I was a child after a couple of sessions. Very unprofessional. Wouldn't listen to me. Invalidated my feelings. Tries to be condescending. Made me feel even worse. Go to someone who respects you.
