This place is a joke. I went here specifically to see Frank Golden because I was told he’s one of the best. I was told I couldn’t see him because I’m postpartum. No real explanation. Instead, I was pushed to another provider who didn’t follow through on what was discussed when I scheduled and didn’t communicate with my OB at all. Yes, Tanya is nice but being nice is not enough. Things started off okay, but Frank Golden suddenly became extremely rude and talked down to me/yelled at me like I was a child after a couple of sessions. Very unprofessional. Wouldn't listen to me. Invalidated my feelings. Tries to be condescending. Made me feel even worse. Go to someone who respects you.
We just saw Frank Golden today for my 20yr old daughter. He was AMAZING! His "bedside manner" is outstanding. He had us laughing through the entire visit! He was also very respectful of what my daughter would be most comfortable with and gave her lots of options to help her depression and anxiety/OCD. I'm so glad we found 942!
