RecommendedI just moved into 940 North and I absolutely love it! I love all of the facilities that are provided and the staff is also so helpful! I can already tell that I am going to have a great experience living here!!
I put up three students from Scotland in these accommodations for a summer. The lodging was modern, clean and well maintained. The students enjoyed their experience. However, the method to pay for 3 students to stay in the accommodations and then to get the deposit back has been nothing short of impossible. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company or any of Asset Living properties to universities looking for summer accommodation for their exchange students or visiting professors. Bad customer service, very poor.
Between the friendly staff, the amazing rooms, and the full kitchen, I couldn't be happier! I participate in community theater and it is very nice to be close to some of the major theaters here! I can walk to the Spokane Civic Theatre, Spokane Children's Theatre and the INB is close by too!
Awesome property!! Love everything about it. No where else compares to the amenities and very helpful friendly staff
I could have never imagined a furnished apartment with such top notch appliances and amenities! Granite counter tops and flat screen TV's are luxuries I'm definitely excited for! Not only that, but as a student it brings me such peace of mind to not have to worry about finding my own cable or internet providers. If you need a place to live I highly recommend getting in touch with the wonderful staff here!!
