I WANTED to like these guys, honestly...Although Mike and Steve seem very respectful to your situation, if the car you buy has problems like mine did, (like a check engine light right off the lot and a bad clutch slave cylinder in under 1k miles) they will basically tell you their hands are tied. The crap warranty they brag about from the get go won't cover anything but maybe a freak accident in which your engine explodes...and even then I'm not sure it would. My daughter was in the market for a car to replace her truck. She saw a red Volvo at 94Autohaus that she wanted to test drive. First of all, let me say, that I read some of the on-line reviews of this place and was very wary! We came anyway and was I pleasantly surprised. They sell lemons. I bought a car with a warranty. One week later it stopped working. They did not honor the warranty due to a loophole. They have plenty of loopholes in their contracts. Worse car experience ever. Do not buy from them!!
