Only my second time to the salon but found everyone to be pleasant & professional. Katie-Anne did my hair both times and, although my very fine hair can be difficult to cut, she seemed to have a good understanding of the challenges of my type of hair. It will take a few times to understand my problem areas and get our visions for my hair to coincide, but I have been pleased so far.
