This whole building is disgusting landlords are liars. Big Roaches,bed bugs,silver fish ticks,parasites. constantly dirty brown tap water. Smells horrible inside & out. Everything is broken. Don't move here find better places to live
Roaches,bedbugs & Dirty & brown water. Been wanting to move back to Meriden,CT I really hate it in Waterbury,CT spiritually & physically
The landlord doesn’t fix anything at all the building has hats the property manager is very noisy and can’t be trusted very money hungry and don’t listen to nothing at all the buildings is full of drug dealers and drug addicts he has cameras but only to watch who is going in and out of your apartment he will not look at the cameras if you’re stuff go missing they do not care about the tenants the water is dirty brown and bathroom is full of mold you can find better for the price
First off landlord doesn't do anything the Apartment needs a lot of fixing up to be done in it everything is broke down & shutdowns as you used it & the power goes out most of the time & all the windows don't even shut properly & the water is dirty & brown. I rather be somewhere else other than here. In this whole in the wall place.
