My sister in law hired 931 for hair and makeup for her wedding. I want to start off by saying I’m in the beauty industry and have a cosmetology license, and I have been doing weddings for 5 years now and work in a luxury salon. 931 was supposed to start hair and makeup at 10:30 at the venue and didn’t show up till 11:00, they all walked in the door without a “sorry we’re late” or “happy wedding day”. I went in to get a golden balayage, I had the appointment scheduled with the owner, she left me in care of 2 associates still learning to do a balayage. One of the associates was basically left to do everything, I felt bad because she clearly was not expecting to do it all on her own. And kept having to look for the owner to ask her what else she had to do next. At the end of the appointment it looked nice, but it was not a balayage, and the colors were wrong.
