I went here yesterday and got a color and cut. The color looks great but the cut is not what I wanted at all. I told the hairstylist 3 times and even told another one that was blow drying my hair that I wanted layers. All I got was face framing pieces that are uneven and a trim in the back.i should’ve said something when i was there but i was over stimulated.

I booked a level 5 stylist at this salon. My level 5 stylist spent less than 10 minutes cutting my hair. It felt very rushed. Then someone else washed AND styled my hair. I could understand having someone else do the shampoo, but the style portion I expect to be completed by the stylist I booked. Not sure if the young girl who styled my hair was even a licensed cosmetologist? The services I received were so basic and DEFINITELY not worth $90. I was very impressed by 931 Beauty Co. Our stylist, Jemimiah, was very polite, professional, and took my daughter’s (age 9) feelings and concerns into consideration. My daughter and I are very happy with the results.
