l've lived here 3 years and probably one of the worst apartment complex's I've ever lived in. I've had roaches, gotten multiple packages stolen, and the management is not friendly, and most of the people that live here are stuck up snitches. I'm glad to say I'm leaving.
Getting underway in a new move here and so far everything has been great. I’d like to mainly highlight the help I’ve received from Lina Davis. Lina has been so nice, helpful and responsive to my requests. She has helped with questions about the resident apps, maintenance requests, tours and overall general questions. I feel like I can go to her easily knowing I’ll get the help I’m looking for. I highly reccomend the 930 Flats
Highly recommend 930 Central Flats! The property manager, Treva, was super helpful throughout the entire move-in process from start to finish. The amenities are excellent, everything is nice, and I am really enjoying my time here so far.

930 Central Flats has been one of the best apartment communities I've experienced. The leasing office has always been kind, communicative and incredibly responsive. The maintenance team has consistently been prompt and very helpful. What stood out most was the sense of community.
