Beautiful apartment building with clean amenities and a helpful office. Maintenance is great and there are convenient prices. Swimming pool and club are great and very welcoming. I’d recommend to all prospective tenants!
930 Central Flats is the ideal spot for downtown St. Pete living. The building offers great amenities, a helpful staff, and a variety of awesome apartment styles to choose from. I’m so glad my sons had the chance to live there for three years. Thanks for everything, Treva, Kellie, and Corey!
Nobody answers the phone. It just hangs up on you
Moved into 930 Central Flats in January and have really enjoyed our experience so far. The location is amazing and so walkable/bikable to all of Downtown St Pete. The amenities are always well maintained and any service requests are quickly handled. Management is very easy to talk to and made our move in process a breeze!
Doors don’t fully shut so anyone can walk in (homeless man sleeping in common areas, people breaking in a stealing packages), garage is broken for months at a time, elevators are always down, tenants don’t pick up after their dogs inside of the common areas, no security or cleaning staff. No where near a luxury building- avoid living here
