I was a client prior to 2021 and with much disappointment. My bad feelings were due to the unfulfilled promises in the service when I signed up. I never had a review of my account and although an appointment was made when I questioned that point, that was quickly forgotten as well. All I ever heard was 'I will call you in (date).
