Queen of Managemant The best thing about my complex is the office manager. She is the reason that everyone stays at the complex. She is caring, understanding, fun, real, knows everyone by first name and truly is the heart of the complex. She has created such a great community that people know who she is. If she leaves as manager my family will find another place to live.
