Thank you for the response, we are pleased with how it is progressing. As my son mentioned this review will be removed once some final issues are finalized. August 14. No property manager for 2 months. No AC during sweltering temperature. AC breaks down 3 times in 3 days. Loud banging sound every night many times a night with no action or remedy since Feb. No parking for most residents. NOT luxury, its like dealing with slum lords but at a corporate level. AVOID

water cut, power cut, no parking space, inefficent air conditioning, disturbing pipe noise at nights. UPDATE -- Hey, I have an incredible update people!!! My car was towed yesterday even though I pay for a parking spot at this building. I was charged $600 to release it back. Yes — $600, for a car that shouldn’t have been towed in the first place.
