Great building and great staff, good location.
I have been a resident at this building for over two years and I am completely satisfied. Whenever there has been a problem with an appliance or the heat pump (for a/c and heating) or any minor repair required in my unit, Melissa, a rental agent, has been very helpful and she is a problem solver! Her presence in the office is one of the reasons that I am very comfortable living here.
Thank you for the response, we are pleased with how it is progressing. As my son mentioned this review will be removed once some final issues are finalized. August 14. No property manager for 2 months. No AC during sweltering temperature. AC breaks down 3 times in 3 days. Loud banging sound every night many times a night with no action or remedy since Feb. No parking for most residents. NOT luxury, its like dealing with slum lords but at a corporate level. AVOID
