Oops I bought a pair of earrings as a present and paid with my debit card. After my card was swiped, the phone connection was lost and they had to try again. I checked my bank account on-line the next business day and noticed that I had been charged twice. I called and talked with Melissa. She took care of everything and immediately called me back to report what the bank told her. I checked my bank account the next morning and the charge was gone. I called to thank her for her help. She was apologetic and was genuinely happy... read more
