Bad Parking Garage/Terrible Internet Service – Great location and decent apartments. Somewhat pricey for the square footage though ($1300 monthly for a small 1 bedroom plus $155 for parking). Almost all my neighbors have had their cars damaged by the valet parking - and the company is not helpful. My new car recieved $1200 damage by the valets and the parking management did not even return my calls or respond to letters - and I reported the damage prior to leaving the garage to 2 of the parking employees. VERY LOUD, Terrible Parking, APT Management, & Security – IT IS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL FOR THE PRICE. If you want downtown living like I did, you can find better places in the French Quarter or Garden District that have better insulated windows and are more secure.The actual apartment is modern and this is a great location. Nice apartment...terrible Parking Garage – I moved into 925 Common Apartments in October of 2009. The apartments are very nice high quality apartments and the staff is very friendly. The windows are very thin and you can hear actual conversations of people on the street. If there is road construction or a Saints game, plan on getting no sleep. The one really big issue is the parking garage. On top of your monthly rent, you have to pay the parking garage an additional $155/month or risk getting parking tickets on the streets.... read more
