We had a new tenant move in above us that made Constant Noise every day, we reported this to police and office with evidence and their answer was we are not able to do anything. The office then stopped returning phone calls and emails regarding this issue. No progress updates or calls regarding the concerns have come in more than 10 days. RecommendedLove living at 92 West! Since day one the manager and leasing agents have been so helpful to make sure things in the apartment are taken care of! I love sitting on my balacony watching the geese families and ducks in the pond and feeling at home!
92West is a great apartment complex. Maintenance is always quick, reliable and helpful. Front office is always super friendly. Amenities are great - sauna, fitness center, pool, walking paths around both ponds. You can tell residents & staff really cares about keeping this a clean community. 10/10 recommend.
This is my first time moving out without a parent, and it's pretty scary! The staff have been such an awesome help with every question and concern I've had! If they missed a call they called back immediately, if I had an email I sent, they would reply within the day and helped me with whatever issue I had. There is a gentleman named Tanner that especially helped me with great patience and helped me understand anything I was confused on. That man deserves a raise!
If you enjoy your questions being blown off, calls not returned, incorrect charges billed to you and unhelpful staff - this is where you should rent! This was the absolute worst renting experience that my wife and I have ever had. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
Pet friendly, washers and dryers in unit, and many units have attached garages.

Spacious apartments, nice fitness center, pool. Friendly staff.
Super sweet people who work there! Seem to want to help us find a good home for our family!
